MMS Band Itinerary for Miners Game
Memorial Day Performance, Monday, May 26th, 2008

On Monday, May 26th, the MMS Blue Devil Band will play our National Anthem before the Miners Game. This is a required performance. I do realize that this is Memorial Day, however this has been on our calendar since March. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact me. We will be using the following itinerary:

4:15 PM	Students arrive at MMS Band room, dressed (see below), ready to go.
4:30 PM	Depart
5:00 PM	Arrive at Rent One Park, unload
5:15 PM	Warm-up, tune in stadium
5:45 PM	Entire Band to gate
6:30 PM	Blue Devil Band plays SSB
6:45 PM	Take instruments back to buses; students get their tickets for the game from Mr. Williams (You must stay in groups of 4)
9:30 PM	Approximate end time of game, load buses, depart
10:00 PM	Buses return to MMS Band Room
Dress for Miners Game:
Blue Devil Band T-shirt, multi-purpose athletic shoes and socks, khaki shorts.
