MMS Band Itinerary for May 17th Logan Dedication

On Saturday, May 17th, both the MMS band and chorus will be performing for the Logan Dedication at MMS. This has been on the calendar for a month. If for some reason your student cannot make it, I must have a note by Wednesday, May 14th. We will use the following itinerary for May 17th:

Jazz Ensemble
9:00 AM	MMS band students arrive at MMS Band room. (Attire Sunday Best, see below).
9:15 AM	All band students report to Logan Statue for warm-up/tuning.
9:30 AM	We will run SSB, as well as America the Beautiful with the chorus.
10:00 AM	Ceremony Starts. We will playing the following pieces in this order: Star Spangled Banner (MMS Band) God Bless America (MMS Chorus) America the Beautiful (Both Band and Chorus)
10:45 AM	Approximate Conclusion of Ceremony
Sunday Best for ALL MMS Band students:
Gentlemen:	Nice Button Down shirt or Polo Shirt, tucked in, Khakis, and appropriate shoes. NO JEANS, TENNIS SHOES, OR TSHIRTS!!
Ladies:	Appropriate top, Skirt, Pant Suit, appropriate shoes. NO JEANS, TENNIS SHOES, OR TSHIRTS!!
